This Privacy Policy governs the use of the "Space Pay" mobile application, developed by Co D. Kyan. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights related to your data when you use our App and services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we collect various types of information, including:

A. Personal Information

We may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information such as:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Starlink account information (e.g., account number used solely for identification)

B. Payment Information

Space Pay does NOT process financial transactions directly within the app. All transactions are made externally via trusted third-party payment gateways (such as KBZ Pay, Wave Money). We only collect your Offline Payment Method choice and the last 6 digits of the Transaction ID to verify your manual transfer.

C. Usage and Device Data

We automatically collect information about your device and how you use the App ("Usage Data"). This may include:

Your device's IP address
Device type and operating system version
App version and diagnostic data

D. Google Sign-In Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we collect basic profile information such as your Google account email and name to authenticate and personalize your experience.

E. Saved Accounts Numbers

For your convenience, the App allows you to save frequently used Starlink account numbers locally on your device. This data is stored exclusively on your device's local storage and is NOT uploaded to our servers unless actively submitted as part of a new payment request.

F. App Features and Actions

Direct Call Feature: The App includes a direct call button for customer support. Using this feature simply redirects you to your device’s native phone dialer with our support number pre-filled. We do NOT require, request, or collect any phone call logs or record your conversations.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain App features and services
To verify your offline payments and fulfill Starlink bill requests
To communicate important updates and changes
To offer customer support and respond to inquiries
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Space Pay includes a "Community Chat" feature. By using this feature, you agree to our UGC Policy:

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise violates any laws.
Reporting & Moderation: Users have the ability to "Report" inappropriate messages directly within the chat. Our admin team reviews reported content and reserves the right to remove messages and permanently ban users who violate these terms.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account by navigating to the Menu (Profile) within the Space Pay App and clicking on the "Delete My Account" button.
Web-Based Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via the web, please send an email to spacepay.kyan@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Note: Upon deletion, your personal info (Name, Email, Profile) will be permanently erased from our Firebase database. However, past transaction records (Order History) may be retained securely for auditing and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using commercially acceptable security technologies and procedures. Our database is secured by Google Firebase infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and update your personal information
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

Our App uses third-party services such as:

Google Firebase (for Authentication and Realtime Database)

These providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before using their services.

8. Disclaimer

This App is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Starlink or SpaceX. Space Pay is an independent utility application designed solely to facilitate bill requests using available local payment methods.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
