Welcome to Space Pay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Space Pay mobile application, its content, and services (collectively, the "App"), developed by Co D. Kyan. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"App" refers to the Space Pay mobile application.
"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Space Pay and its developer, Co D. Kyan.
"User," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual using the App.
"Services" refers to the facilitation of bill payments for Starlink and other utilities through the App.

2. Description of Service

Space Pay is a third-party application that facilitates the payment of Starlink bills using local payment methods available in Myanmar, such as KBZ Pay and Wave Money. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starlink or SpaceX.

3. User Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your Starlink account details required for payment.
Use only payment methods that you are legally authorized to use.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment account for transactions to be successful.
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

5. Community Chat and User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our App includes a "Community Chat" feature. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:

No Objectionable Content: You must not post, upload, or share messages that are abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, or illegal.
No Spam or Scams: You must not post advertisements, promotional materials, spam, or attempt to deceive other users.
Zero-Tolerance Policy & Moderation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any content at our sole discretion.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to permanently suspend or ban any user account that violates these UGC rules, without prior notice.
Reporting Mechanism: Users can and should report inappropriate content directly within the App using the "Report" feature. Our moderation team will review and act upon these reports promptly.

6. Scheduled Payments ("Schedule" Feature)

The "Schedule" feature is an optional tool that allows you to request an automated payment attempt on a future date.

User Authorization: By enabling this feature, you authorize us to initiate a payment on your behalf at the scheduled time. You can modify or cancel this authorization at any time before the payment process begins.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the success of any scheduled payment. Success depends on factors beyond our control, including your account balance, the status of third-party payment providers, and network connectivity.
User's Responsibility: If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified. It is your responsibility to make the payment manually to avoid any interruption to your Starlink service.

7. Fees and Payments

The App is free to download. A service fee is applied to each transaction to cover our operational costs. This fee will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm any payment. You are also responsible for any fees charged by your chosen third-party payment provider.

Promo Codes and Discounts: We may occasionally offer promotional codes or discounts. These codes are subject to specific terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, and applicable countries. Space Pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promo code at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Refunds

All transactions are processed through third-party gateways. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details. We do not guarantee refunds, as they may be subject to the policies of the payment providers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to engage in any fraudulent activity, reverse-engineer the App, interfere with our security features, or use the service for any purpose other than its intended use.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or the UGC rules. You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the App and requesting account deletion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Pay and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or the failure of a payment to be processed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
