Welcome to Space Pay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Space Pay mobile application, its content, and services (collectively, the "App"), developed by Co D. Kyan. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Space Pay is a third-party application that facilitates the payment of Starlink bills using local payment methods available in Myanmar, such as KBZ Pay and Wave Money. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starlink or SpaceX.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

Our App includes a "Community Chat" feature. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:
The "Schedule" feature is an optional tool that allows you to request an automated payment attempt on a future date.
The App is free to download. A service fee is applied to each transaction to cover our operational costs. This fee will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm any payment. You are also responsible for any fees charged by your chosen third-party payment provider.
Promo Codes and Discounts: We may occasionally offer promotional codes or discounts. These codes are subject to specific terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, and applicable countries. Space Pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promo code at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
All transactions are processed through third-party gateways. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details. We do not guarantee refunds, as they may be subject to the policies of the payment providers.
You may not use the App to engage in any fraudulent activity, reverse-engineer the App, interfere with our security features, or use the service for any purpose other than its intended use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or the UGC rules. You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the App and requesting account deletion.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Pay and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or the failure of a payment to be processed.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
