Do I need to give you my Starlink password?
**NEVER.** We will never ask for your Starlink account password. Your account's security is fully in your control.
What is a "Billing Role" and why is it necessary?
The "Billing Role" is a secure feature provided by Starlink that allows us to pay your bill without having any other access to your account settings. It's like giving someone money to pay a bill for you, but not giving them the keys to your house.
Is this app official from Starlink?
No, Space Pay is an independent, third-party service created to make payments easier for Starlink users in Myanmar.
How long does a payment take to process?
Payments are processed near real-time. Once you complete the payment in the app, it reflects on your Starlink account within minutes.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently support KBZ Pay, Wave Money, and major local banks.
What is Space Pay's Refund Policy?
We offer refunds only under specific conditions to ensure system reliability and security:
  • **NO REFUNDS** if the payment has been successfully completed and verified in your Starlink account.
  • **100% REFUND** if your local payment (KBZ Pay/Wave Money) was deducted, but the Order Status remains "Failed" or "Pending" (and has not been verified) in our system.
  • **NO REFUNDS** for user error (e.g., entering the wrong Account ID or incorrect plan amount).
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
How do I request a refund?
If your payment failed, you must contact our support team at info@spacepayapp.com within **7 days** with the following proof:
  • Your **Order Screenshot** from the Space Pay App.
  • A screenshot of the successful deduction from your local payment method (KBZ Pay/Wave Money).
  • The **Translation ID (last 6 digits)** from your bank/e-wallet transfer receipt.
We will verify the transfer within 24 hours and process the refund if applicable under our policy.
